Amy has 13 + years of media, HR & Recruiting experience and has built many TA teams for scale and productivity. She is passionate about leading, streamlining and finding efficiencies within Recruitment. Above all else, Amy enjoys developing, coaching, mentoring and leading teams, projects, and initiatives that enable smart methods in approaching with hiring.

Edward Bourelly

Planet Fitness — Vice President Marketing

Edward is an executive brand visionary with over 25 years of experience developing Fortune 100 and pinnacle brands like Nike,Levi Strauss, The Home Depot, New Era Cap, McDonald’s, Taco Bell, and now with Planet Fitness.

He also was a Partner/CMO of Omni-Culture, Inc assisting companies with brand development, marketing, and omnichannel retail strategies. He has planned and executed marketing on every level from large-scale award-winning global and national campaigns to hyperlocal and multi-cultural marketing programs working with such celebrities like Jay Z, BigSean, Bryce Harper, Kobe Bryant, and Lebron James. Edward has been a Contributor/Writer for Forbes and has been featured in multiple business editorials including recently in Savoy Magazine’s “2022 Most Influential Black Executives in Corporate America”. Edward also has been a keynote presenter/panelist for numerous brand and retail industry organizations while also teaching a Masterclass on Digital Marketing.

Tommy Zopp

Uber — Global Senior Program Manager, Inclusive University Programs

Tommy Zoppa (any/all pronouns) joined Uber in the summer of 2021 as the Global Senior Program Manager, Inclusive University Programs after nearly a decade in public service at the United States Peace Corps. Tommy is a proud resident of Washington, DC (ask about the fight for statehood) and hails from Metro-Detroit. They have also lived in Senegal and France, having worked across multiple cultures for the entirety of their professional career.Tommy has a passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion and the practical application of those principals in intercultural contexts. Coming from roles in global programming and training, they have spent their time at Uber understanding the global talent acquisition landscape.

They are continually looking for ways to use critical theory and global program management to increase representation across the tech industry and create an environment where everyone feels valued, seen, and heard.
